Terms & Conditions :
- All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are payable in US Dollars.
- Special long term rates will be discussed separately on a case by case basis only.
- Published rate are subject to 21% government tax and service charge per Villa per Night.
- Schedule of Seasonal Rates.
- Low : January 09 to June 30 (including Easter week and Chinese New Year week),
September 16 to December 19. - High : July 01 to July 31 and September 01 to September 15.
- Peak : August 01 to August 31, December 20 to January 08.
- Low : January 09 to June 30 (including Easter week and Chinese New Year week),
- Minimum Stay :
- Low Season : 2 (Two) Nights
- High Season : 3 (Three) Nights
- Peak Season : 5 (Five) Nights
- Availability of KISS BALI’S properties shall be on a first-come, first served basis.
- No reservation shall be considered confirmed unless be made in writing via fax or email.
Room occupancy is strictly restricted to a maximum of two adult per bedroom, No additional bed or baby cot is available
for rental. Kiss Bali is not recommended for children under 10 Years Old.
Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellation made within 21 days of arrival in Low Season and in High Season, result in the forfeiture of 1 nights accommodation.
- Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival in Peak Season, result in the forfeiture of 2 nights accommodation.
- NO SHOW without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee.
- All cancellation notice and request for refunds shall be made in writing via fax or email. No phone cancellations will be entertained.
- In case of cancellation received within 7 days prior arrival, payment received is NON REFUNDABLE
- In case of early check out, 50% charge of the remaining nights will be applied.
- CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR POLICY
- Bookings for staying period from 27 December until 03 January a minimum stay of 5 nights is required and No Check-In or Check-Out accepted on 29, 30, 31 December and 1 January.
- Complimentary dinner will not be served over Christmas and New Year’s period.
Payment Policy :
- Payment is required at the latest 5 working days after confirmation of booking. A 50% deposit payment is required for booking made within 14 days upon arrival.
- A full payment is required which must be received within 7 days prior arrival date.
- Bank transfer fee (if any) is borne to client.-
Check-in and check-out times. :

Check-in time shall be after 14.00 and check-out time shall be 11.00 Requests by clients for late check-out shall be entertained subject to the availability of the properties, and only up to 3 p.m.
Should the guest check-out between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., rental sums of half day rental (50% villa rate) shall be charged to the client. Where a client checks out after 6 p.m., the client shall be charged are full days rental ( 100% villa rate).
All deposit & payments must be received on schedule, failure to make such payments will result to automatic reservation cancellation (please see cancellation policy)
